Width and projection determine material volume — the single biggest cost factor.
Material choice
Aluminium (15-yr guarantee) versus Chromadek® (10-yr guarantee, friendlier price).
Manual or automated
Louvre systems run on a manual gearbox or full automation — automation adds convenience and cost.
System type
Fixed IBR is our most cost-effective awning; adjustable louvres and insulated ceilings sit above it.
Glazing & panels
For enclosures: single vs double glazing, panel count (2–7) and configuration all matter.
Extras
Downlights, outdoor fans, skylights, solar-control polycarbonate sheets and downpipe options.
