What does each roof cost per square metre?
These are “from” prices per m² of roof, supplied and installed. They show where each roof starts, not what yours will come to.

What Moves the Price
What moves your price above the starting rate?
Size and span
The price is per square metre, so the width and projection of the roof set most of it. How far the roof has to span between its supports counts too.
Type of roof
A fixed IBR roof or fixed patio roof starts lowest, a patio ceiling or pergola sits in the middle, and an adjustable louvre starts highest.
Manual or Somfy motor
Every louvre roof turns on a manual gearbox or a Somfy motor. The motor costs more, and it is simpler to plan in before manufacture than to add later.
Colour and finish
The colours you pick, and a grooved or smooth finish on a patio ceiling, are part of the price. Black, Charcoal, Bronze and Traffic White are our standard colours.
Site access
How easily we can get the materials and the team to where the roof goes. An upstairs balcony or a courtyard reached through the house takes more work than an open patio.
Add-ons
Extras such as downlights, lights and fans, or an aluminium slat screen, are priced on top of the roof itself.
